In ELA/Reading we are reading Pig in a Wig (p. 34-45). This story's phonics lesson focuses on short "i" and final "x". Grammar will deal with naming parts of sentences.
For Math, we will be working more with numbers reviewing ordering, before, after and between as we target skipping on a number line (beginning addition and subtraction strategies).
In Science, we will be continue with magnets and Social Studies, will continue to focus on the five themes of geography.

The first Fundraiser of the year began on Thursday. Check your child's folders/bookbags for the Fundraiser packets and help support our schools PTA.
