In ELA/Reading we are reading Frog and Toad Together: The Garden. This story's phonics lesson focuses on past and present tense verbs (-ed and -ign endings). The secondary phonics concept is r controlled "ar".
Grammar for this unit deals with verbs.
*Review these concepts with your child by:
-having your child write sentences and circle the verbs
